全胸腔镜肺段切除手术治疗早期非小细胞肺癌的现状

摘要：

<正>全胸腔镜(VATS)肺段切除手术成为目前肺癌手术中最为微创的术式之一,由于适应证严格,对术者的要求较高,未获广泛推广。近年来,随着VATS肺段切除术治疗早期肺癌经验的累积,其优势也逐渐显现。现对VATS肺段切除手术治疗早期非小细胞肺癌的现状,予以综述如下。
