功能锻炼治疗髌股疼痛综合征的研究进展

摘要
髌股疼痛综合征是膝关节的常见病,对患者日常生活影响较大,且具有一定的致残性。在髌股疼痛综合征的各种治疗方法中,功能锻炼疗效突出,被视为其他各种治疗的基础。但由于对该疗法的认识不足,目前国内在治疗髌股疼痛综合征中对功能锻炼的应用较少,而且所用方法随意性较大。我们通过查阅国内外相关文献,筛选出可以通过功能锻炼来改善的髌股疼痛综合征的相关危险因素,其中包括股四头肌(尤其是股内侧肌)肌力过弱、腘旁肌紧张、髂腰肌紧张、髂胫束紧张、腓肠肌紧张、臀肌(尤其是维持髋关节外展及外旋的臀肌)失用以及髌骨活动度过大,并对这些危险因素的检查方法和对应的功能锻炼方法进行了梳理,以期为规范髌股疼痛综合征的功能锻炼方法提供依据。
