职前教师和在职教师教学反思关注点比较

摘要
教师的教学反思是教师对自身的教学实践进行内省的过程,属于一种高阶思维。研究以116为职前科学教师和100位在职科学教师的教学反思作为研究样本,通过采用扎根的研究方法,借助Nvivo软件和卡方检验法对反思材料进行了分析,得出以下结果:(1)职前教师的教学反思比较关注自身的生存状况、学生的学习状态,以及职前培训时所学理论知识的验证;(2)在职教师的教学反思比较关注学生的思维、能力等方面的发展,以及自身的专业成长。(3)职前教师和在职教师的教学反思关注点有显著性差异,这种差异会影响其课堂教学实践。
