摘要：

本文总结和讨论了无法切除的胰头癌142例的外科可行性治疗，认为采用外科手术治疗可以：（1）解除胆道梗阻；（2）解除十二指肠梗阻；（3）控制和减缓疼痛；（4）提高生存质量和延长生命。本组无手术死亡病例，平均生存时间8．2个月。
