<正>氨基末端B型利钠肽前体(N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide,NT-proBNP)是由心室肌细胞分泌的一种多肽,由proBNP分解而来,其生物功能尚未完全阐明。心室细胞受到牵张刺激后首先分泌含有108个氨基酸的proBNP,proBNP通过内切酶的作用被切割为含有76个氨基酸的NTproBNP和含有32个氨基酸的BNP,并释放入血循环。当心
