摘要
过去20年间,科学钻探对大洋和大陆沉积物和岩石的研究揭示了地下深部生理和种群都非常复杂的微生物生命的存在.这些微生物存在于海底1km以下和大陆3km以下深度,它们大多在地表生物圈中没有可人工培养或已知的亲缘种.深部生物圈可能代表了全球生物圈中最大的部分,其可能的生物量达50%.本文综述了深部生物圈研究的现有认识和最新研究成果,并对今后的研究方向提出了建议.
