血清肝素结合蛋白对菌血症的诊断价值

摘要：

目的:探讨血清肝素结合蛋白(HBP)对细菌性血流感染的诊断价值,为临床感染性疾病的诊断提供依据.方法:检测血培养细菌感染阳性患者和健康对照组的HBP水平,统计分析两组HBP水平的差异,采用受试者工作特征曲线分析其对细菌性血流感染的特异性、敏感性,阳性似然比、阴性似然比.结果:血清肝素结合蛋白诊断菌血症的ROC曲线下面积为0.898,当肝素结合蛋白的截断值为70.35 ng/mL时,对细菌性血流感染诊断的敏感度为78.0%、特异度为88.0%.结论:血清肝素结合蛋白可作为临床医生判断是否是细菌性血流感染的一个辅助指标.
