菠菜甜菜碱醛脱氢酶对甜菜碱醛的氧化

摘要
测定了15种植物叶片的甜菜碱含量。结果表明,抗盐碱、干旱和抗寒的植物含量较高。从菠菜叶片分离和部分纯化了甜菜碱醛脱氢酶,并对其某些性质进行了研究。甜菜碱醛脱氢酶存在于60%的硫酸铵部分,70%硫酸铵部分未检出其活性。该酶有两个同工酶,在-80℃条件下十分稳定,其活性为0.125—1.0mol/L的NaCl和KCl所抑制,但Mn2+和Mo6+离子对活性没有影响,而Mg2+稍增加其活性。
