聚砜纳米纤维增韧环氧树脂体系的固化动力学研究

摘要
本文采用等温DSC研究不同用量纳米聚砜纤维对增韧4,4’-二氨基二苯甲烷四缩水甘油胺环氧树脂(TGDDM)/4,4’-二氨基二苯砜(DDS)体系固化动力学的影响。应用自催化模型表征固化动力学参数。试验结果表明,聚砜纳米纤维加入后的树脂固化动力学参数符合自催化反应模型理论。聚砜纳米纤维的加入,对纳米聚砜树脂混合物的反应速率,反应程度都有明显提高。
