摘要：

in this paper an algorithm named GNL is suggested to fit the curve of implicit function in the meaning of least square. It is global-convergent while the parameters of fitting curve can be linearized at all and it can relax the requirements to the initial parameter values while the parameters of fitting curve can be linearized partially.
