<正>左乙拉西坦(levetiracetam,LEV)是国内最新的抗癫痫药物之一,口服吸收迅速、完全,约1 h血药浓度可达峰值,进食可使其血药浓度达峰时间滞后1.5 h,但不影响其生物利用度[1]。该特点使其能够应用于癫痫持续状态或急性反复发作。目前已有将LEV(通常为口服)应用于难治性癫痫持续状态的报
