摘要：

女性慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)患者人数呈逐年上升趋势。女性COPD患者临床表现及其对于治疗反应存在的性别差异可能与病理生理学、免疫反应和激素水平等方面相关。本文就女性COPD发病基础及临床表现特点的最新研究进展作一综述。
