摘要：

芍药含芍药苷、芍药内酯苷、丹皮酚等多种活性成分,具有消炎保肝、解痉镇痛、抗惊厥和抗氧化等药理作用,应用越来越广泛,市场需求量也越来越大。但由于其自然条件下种子萌发率低,生长周期长,市场上出现了芍药资源供不应求的局面。因此,本综述将从芍药资源分布及生长特性、有效成分、药理活性及机制等方面进行阐述,并对今后的研究方向进行展望,以期为芍药的合理开发利用提供参考。
