摘要：

危机决策是指"在有限的时间、资源、信息和人力等情况下作出判断和迅速行为的过程",因近几年危机事故频发,成为了决策科学领域新的研究方向与热点。国内外众多学者研究发现,其具有高风险性、时间有限、结果不可预估等特征,且在决策过程中受到情绪和解释责任的影响,但危机决策研究多集中于对理论框架的研究,实证研究并不多,需在个体变量和心理因素上进一步进行探讨。
