<正> 再灌注疗法有了很大进展,伴随冠状动脉再通也出现缺血心肌损害加重的现象,这引起人们的关注,甚至称之为再灌注性损伤(RI)。可以设想克服了再灌注损伤,缺血心肌将能从再灌注疗法中获得更佳疗效。故近来人们对此作了广泛的研究。再灌注损伤的确切机制仍不清楚,但大多数学者认为,它与再灌注时细胞
