摘要：

主要讨论了共轭亚油酸(CLA)混合物和单一异构体在癌症、心血管疾病、糖尿病以及免疫调节等各种疾病预防方面的一些最新动物或体外试验研究;一些最新临床研究结果也表明CLA对人体健康有着积极的作用。鉴于食物来源的CLA含量较低、化学合成法副产物较多,微生物合成目前成为获得CLA的有效途径之一。
