生育期女性血清抗苗勒管激素水平的研究

摘要：

目的调查健康生育期女性血清抗苗勒管激素(AMH)水平,以探讨AMH的临床意义。方法选择100例健康生育期女性,根据月经周期和年龄分组,采用ELISA法检测血清AMH水平。结果生育期女性卵泡期AMH[(2.78±1.65)ng/ml]水平和黄体期[(3.06±1.78)ng/ml]比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);生育期女性平均血清AMH水平[(2.85±1.66)ng/ml]与年龄呈负相关(r=-0.667,P<0.001)。18～25岁女性AMH水平最高,可高达(4.25±1.23)ng/ml,随着年龄的增长而下降,41～47岁女性AMH水平降至(1.12±0.98)ng/ml。结论血清AMH水平在卵泡期和黄体期无明显差异,检测不限于卵泡期;年龄是影响AMH水平的重要因素,AMH的临床应用需结合年龄综合判断。
