摘要：

目的:探讨凋亡抑制基因Survivin与子宫内膜异位症(EM)发病的关系。方法:收集EM患者的卵巢子宫内膜异位病灶组织33份,在位内膜组织32份及非子宫内膜异位症患者的子宫内膜26份,分别测定Survivin蛋白的表达情况。结果:Survivin的表达在位内膜组高于正常对照组和异位内膜组(P<0.05)。异位内膜组高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论:Survivin在EM的发生中可能起着较为重要的作用。
