摘要：

创新能力是一个国家经济实力的集中体现,企业创新能力是国家创新能力的基本要素。本文综合国内外学者关于企业创新能力的前沿性研究,通过对中国创业板上市公司的创新能力进行评价和分析,构建了企业创新能力的评估标准。通过对企业创新指数的计算和分析,创新指数在不同地域间、行业间以及时间序列之间都具有一些特点。这些特点说明了现存的一些问题,并为监管部门、证券中介机构、投资者以及企业提供了理论参考。
