<正>目前,药物性肝损伤(drug-induced liverinjury,DILI)越来越引起人们的重视。在美国,DILI是导致急性肝功能衰竭的首要原因,其发病率每年至少10～15/100 000人。对DILI的认识不足常导致诊断困难,目前其诊断主要依靠排除法。为了深入研究DILI发病机制,药物性肝损伤研究网络(DILIN)正在探索标准化方法用于诊断、评估可疑药物引起的肝损伤。美国国立卫生研究院(NIH)工作组提供了一个包括临床特征在内诊断DILI的框架图,其目标是通过减
