摘要
人力资源外包是指企业根据自身发展需要将一些人力资源管理的日常性工作委托给第三方人力资源管理外包服务机构或组织代为处理,委托的业务范围涉及人力资源管理的方方面面。通过从人力资源外包的概念、理论、分类、动机、绩效五个方面,对相关领域中外学者的研究进行了较为详尽的总结和评析。
