摘要
<正> 新生血管形成是肿瘤生长和播散的必要条件,肿瘤血管也自然成为抗肿瘤治疗的天然靶区。在众多的抗血管生成药物中,血管内皮抑素以其较为突出的抗肿瘤作用,尤其令人瞩目。但血管内皮抑素(endostatin,ES)联合放射的研究相对较少,其确切机制亦不清楚,故作一综述。一、关于ES早在1971年,美国学者Folkman首先提出了肿瘤生长和转移依赖于血管形成的学说。根据该理论,1997年Folkman实验室的O’Reilly等发现并鉴定了ES,它是一种内源性血管形成抑制因子,能有效抑制机体内病理性血管形成,具有广谱抗肿瘤作用且无明显毒性反应。多年来,国内
