美国高校混合式教学模式改革的经验及问题研究

摘要
混合式教学是改进高等教育教学质量的新模式,对开展混合式教学的高校教师提出了越来越高的要求。研究表明,认知和满意度、态度和动机、专业发展、角色定位是考察教师混合式教学实践的重要维度;在美国,高校教师的混合式教学实践形成了鲜明的特色,取得了良好的效果,但也面临着现实的挑战,受制于价值困境、技术困境和组织困境等多重因素的影响。本文基于教师的视角,考察了美国高校混合式教学的经验和问题,为切实提高我国高校混合式教学质量提供镜鉴。
