<正>快速康复医学旨在帮助患者快速康复,缩短其重症监护室(ICU)停留时间,减少患者住院时间,降低医疗费用,此理念一提出就备受关注。为使患者在心脏手术后能够快速有效康复,Krohn等[1]在20世纪80年代后期曾采用一独特的麻醉和治疗方案,并受到Engelman等[2]的广泛推崇,继而
