类风湿关节炎达标治疗的影响因素研究进展

摘要：

类风湿关节炎(RA)是一种慢性自身免疫性疾病,是我国致残的主要疾病之一。近年来RA"达标治疗"的新理念逐渐受到关注,"达标治疗"较传统经验治疗可更好地控制病情活动、改善患者生活质量、抑制影像学进展等,但目前国内外RA达标治疗率仍普遍偏低,故研究分析其影响因素也显得至关重要,现就近年来RA达标治疗率及其影响因素进行综述。
