摘要：

虚拟专用网是一种有着广泛应用前景的技术，其中Ｃｌｉｅｎｔ－ＬＡＮ的接入方式为移动用户的安全接入提供了保障，而虚拟拨号又是实现Ｃｌｉｅｎｔ－ＬＡＮ的可行方案。着重介绍了如何在客户端实现虚拟拨号功能，其中包括安全传输协议的设计及Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ网络驱动程序编写等。
