摘要：

腹腔镜择期手术过程中发生的高乳酸血症或乳酸性酸中毒不常见但并非罕见,多数病例经过积极处理后治愈,但严重时也可危及患者生命。作者认为其可能与二氧化碳气腹及导致的腹内压增高有关,其他因素包括微气栓、手术创伤、术中低血压等,同时应关注药物、二氧化碳纯度的问题。现作者结合文献对腹腔镜手术相关的高乳酸血症或乳酸性酸中毒的发生机制及术中防范措施作一综述。
