原发性胆汁性肝硬化动物模型研究进展

摘要
近年来原发性胆汁性肝硬化发病率逐年上升,但该病的发病机制尚不明确,寻找合适的动物模型揭示该病的发病机制及其防治至关重要,该文对国内外相关动物模型进行分析,描述各类动物模型的优势与不足,目的在于完善原发性胆汁性肝硬化的相关模型,为今后原发性胆汁性肝硬化的发病机制及药物治疗研究提供实验平台。
