摘要：

法和金融学兴起于20世纪90年代末期,其核心成果是:法律至关重要。该领域主要研究法律对金融发展的作用,认为投资者保护是金融发展的关键因素。本文较全面地梳理了这一领域十年来的重要学术成果,突出转轨经济的特殊性,力图为我国金融领域的法律变革和公司治理改革提供初步的参考建议。
