近年来有人提出胰岛素抵抗是原发性高血压的一种重要病因。本文就胰岛素抵抗与原发性高血压的关系进行了综述 ,并且对有关胰岛素抵抗引发高血压的机制进行了回顾性分析 ,为胰岛素抵抗高血压的进一步研究提供依据
