新创企业能力构建的跨层次分析

摘要
目前有关企业能力的研究大多是基于能力既存的假设,进而研究其对企业绩效的影响,很少关注到企业的能力构建活动。本文通过以新创企业为对象来探讨其能力构建的动态过程,提出了新创企业能力构建的跨层次分析框架。并指出能力构建是企业内部的跨层次知识活动,其实质是知识在个体、团队和组织3个层次间的动态转移过程。同时,为了实现能力构建活动的有效进行,还需利用整合机制和制度化来进行推动。
