症状学研究在发作性疾病中的诊断价值

摘要：

癫痫与心因性非癫痫发作(PNES)是发作性疾病的重要组成部分,诊断主要依靠发作症状及同步脑电图特征,临床上误诊率高。相关研究从症状学角度揭示了两者在发作前期、发作期和发作后期的差异,为更好地区分癫痫发作及PNES提供了可靠的依据。现就此类研究所发现的发作性疾病症状差异,主要是癫痫与PNES的差异予以综述,以揭示症状学潜在的研究价值。
