对大强度间歇运动减肥新观点的探讨

摘要
国内外减肥运动处方一般以长时间中低强度有氧运动为主,但实际上,全世界肥胖发病率仍在逐年增长,依靠传统减肥运动处方似乎很难达到理想效果。从理论分析和文献综述基础上,提出大强度间歇运动可能是更加有效的减肥措施,其理论依据是大强度间歇运动后总能量消耗增加,同时能量物质摄取下降。
