摘要
<正>脑卒中后大脑皮层缺血或局灶性病变可引起损伤区微环境变化,导致神经元细胞及胶质细胞结构改变,从而触发机体内源性神经修复[1]。神经修复治疗利用脑损伤后神经细胞具有发生重塑的潜质,通过药物或细胞治疗等刺激并增强机体内源性神经修复、促进脑卒中患者神经细胞重塑和受损神经功能的修复[2]。目前,神经修复治疗已在基础研究中取得十分显著的成绩,且积累了很多令人信服的实验数据,但在临床应用前,仍需循证医学验证影响其疗效的因素,以确保神经修复治疗的效果利大于弊[1]。10一、脑卒中内源性神经修复与神经修复治疗脑卒中内源性神经修复是大脑应对损伤的适应性反应,已
