<正>非酒精性脂肪性肝病(nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD),又称非酒精性脂肪肝,是一种无过量饮酒史,以肝实质细胞脂肪变性和脂肪贮积为病理特征的临床综合征。疾病谱随病程的进展主要分为:单纯性脂肪肝、脂肪性肝炎(nonalcoholic steatohepatitis,NASH)、脂肪性肝纤维化和肝硬化。NAFLD的发病率逐年上升,其发病机制尚未明确,近年来大量研究表
