呼吸肌训练对脑卒中后躯干控制和平衡功能的影响

摘要：

目的:研究呼吸肌训练结合常规康复治疗对脑卒中患者躯干控制、平衡功能、日常生活能力的影响。方法:将60例脑卒中患者随机分为对照组和试验组各30例。两组均给予常规康复治疗,试验组同时给予呼吸肌训练,共4周。治疗前后,最大吸气压(MIP)评估吸气肌肌力,最大呼气压(MEP)评估呼气肌肌力,躯干损伤量表(TIS)评估躯干控制能力,Berg平衡量表(BBS)评估平衡功能,改良巴氏指数(MBI)评估日常生活能力。结果:治疗前两组MIP、MEP、TIS、BBS和MBI比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后对照组及试验组MIP、MEP、TIS、BBS和MBI功能均改善,且治疗后试验组上述指标功能改善较对照组明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:呼吸肌训练可改善脑卒中患者的呼吸肌肌力、躯干控制、平衡功能、日常生活能力。
