摘要：

血小板内皮细胞粘附分子-1(PECAM-1)是免疫球蛋白超家族细胞粘附分子中的一种,是参与血小板黏附和聚集的关键因子,对其基因及蛋白质结构已进行了较为深入的研究。研究发现PECAM-1与临床多种疾病尤其是心血管疾病的发生相关,如动脉粥样硬化,血栓形成;也与多种炎症因子相互作用而调节炎症过程。进一步研究表明PECAM-1基因存在多种基因多态性,这些多态性如Leu125Val和Ser563Asn的改变会影响疾病的发生率。对PECAM-1进一步的深入研究将有助于人们增进对相关疾病的认识。
