农民的风险和共担风险偏好研究

摘要
共担是风险研究领域越来越受关注的问题,但对人口众多的农民的共担风险偏好特征的实证研究甚少。本文以中国农民为研究对象,在四个省开展风险游戏及实地调查,测定并分析了农民的共担风险偏好及其特征。研究结果表明,农民在共担风险时的风险厌恶程度比在一般风险时低,特别是女性和社会资本及富裕程度较高的农民,而女性及年龄较高等相对弱势的群体在风险共担情况下的冒险意愿则更高。完善社会保障体系和发展农民组织等能激发农民参与风险和预期收入更高的生产和投资活动,同时要更加关注农村妇女和年龄较高农民等弱势群体的风险抵抗能力。
