摘要：

国外医学院校的临床教学中广泛采用标准医学模拟患者(standardized patient)和角色演练(role play),以提高学生学习与患者沟通的技巧,学习如何把握患者的主诉和病史,掌握基本的体格检查和专科检查,同时可以帮助学生理解和记忆课堂教学内容。此外,标准模拟患者还可用于考核学生的临床技能。文章结合作者在日本学习和工作的体会,介绍医学模拟患者和角色演练的起源及发展概况,论述其在临床教学中的意义,并探讨今后面临的课题。
