加速康复外科理念在胰体尾切除手术中的应用

摘要：

目的:探讨胰体尾切除手术应用加速康复外科理念的安全、可行性。方法:2010年5月—2011年12月笔者共行应用FTS理念指导的胰体尾切除手术12例,并以2008年5月—2010年4月间传统胰体尾切除手术15例作为对照,比较两组手术及术后恢复情况。结果:FTS组与传统组比较,术后恢复时间、术后住院时间明显缩短(P<0.05),住院费用显著降低(P<0.05)。两组术后并发症发生率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:胰体尾切除手术应用加速康复外科理念可加速术后康复,降低住院费用,具有安全、可行性。
