摘要：

目的:研究辽东楤木Aralia elata.(Miq.)Seem芽提取物(总皂苷)中的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶柱色谱、制备高效液相柱色谱进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:得到5个五环三萜皂苷,分别鉴定为araloside A(1),araloside C(2),楤木皂苷ⅩⅤ(3,congmunosideⅩⅤ),3-O-[(-D-glucopyranosyl(1→3)-(-D-glucopyranosyl]oleanolic acid 28-O-(-D-glucopyranoside(4)和3-O-[(-D-glucopyranosyl(1→2)-(-D-glucopyranosyl]hederagenin(5)。结论:化合物4和5为首次从该属植物中分得。
