摘要
当下中国正在推进以实现国家治理体系和治理能力现代化为目标的全面深化改革,如何避免诸种机制之间的内在冲突及其潜在的激励扭曲结果,是改革过程中一个非常值得重视的问题。为此,有必要对机制设计理论进行回顾梳理及介绍,注重成功改革的方法论及其工具,以更好地指引中国国家治理现代化的未来。
