摘要：

20世纪80年代,创业学者提出了从行为视角来解释组织生成过程的研究主张,但直到最近,组织生成过程才成为学者们竞相关注的热点课题,甚至有学者将组织生成过程视为创业领域内最有发展潜力的新兴主题.本文选择1988—2007年间发表于JBV、ETP、JSBM、SBE等顶级创业杂志中有关组织生成过程的研究文献为分析对象,评价研究发展历程与当前状况,并归纳了未来研究趋势.
