早产发病原因的研究现状

摘要：

早产是围生医学中的一个重要、复杂而又常见的妊娠并发症,因其围生儿发病率、病死率和后遗症较足月者显著升高而成为一个世界性的卫生问题。因此,探讨早产发生的原因有重要意义。早产发生率呈上升趋势,目前其确切的病因和发病机制尚未十分确切,但大量研究表明,本病与感染、胎膜早破、医源性因素、遗传、母亲因素、父亲因素、子宫因素,产科并发症等因素有关。
