摘要：

目的:了解多黏菌素B应用的最新进展,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法:综合国内国外相关研究的文献,从诸多方面论述多黏菌素B的研究状况。结果:多黏菌素B在临床应用将会继续增加。结论:多黏菌素B的药动学、药效学、用药疗效方面急需进一步深入研究。
