摘要：

对竞争性战略联盟伙伴间技术合作问题进行探讨,运用实证的方法研究存在竞争关系的合作伙伴间的竞争强度、技术距离和过程管理与技术合作效应之间的影响关系。研究得出,竞争强度、技术距离和过程管理对技术合作效应水平具有显著的积极促进作用,而且过程管理的影响程度最大,技术距离次之,竞争强度最小,这对提升我国企业技术水平具有重要的实践意义。
