香港的旧城改造是其经济发展和城市建设的重要内容。本世纪 5 0年代以来 ,香港的城市面貌不断更新 ,但也面临诸如土地征集等难题。在回顾香港旧城改造历程的基础上 ,重点透过土地发展公司来剖析其所遇到的困难 ,并评介香港特别行政区政府的政策动向和对国内城市的启示
