摘要：

从表型分析脐血淋巴细胞为分化早期细胞,其增殖杀伤活性显著弱于成熟淋巴细胞。脐血内母血细胞混入并不能增强脐血本身的免疫活性。病儿的脐带血移植时移植物抗宿主病发病率和严重程度低于骨髓移植。
