摘要：

A new method was developed for the analysis of the volatile and semi-volatile acidic components in tobacco by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry selected ion monitoring(GC-MS,SIM)method.The acidic components in tobacco samples were extracted by methylene chloride using simultaneous distillation and extraction equipment,and they were analyzed by HP-INNOWAX column(30m×250μm×0.25μm).Thirteen acidic components were quantitatively determined by internal standard curve method.The experiment results showed that the added standard recoveries of the acidic components were in the range from 80.6% to 98.8%,the relative standard deviations(RSD)were less than 2.0% and the correlation coefficients were more than 0.99.The method is simple,rapid and accurate for the determination of the volatile and semi-volatile acidic components in tobacco.
