摘要：

文章旨在将数据监护理论与方法嵌入到机构知识库服务中。依据机构知识库的认证标准,论述了基于数据监护的机构知识库在环境构成、属性与责任、数据质量与保存能力等方面不同于传统机构知识库的理论与方法,为机构知识库可信度的实证研究奠定了基础。
